Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Conduct variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights.
- Support the finance team in financial audits and compliance efforts.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses.
- Support business cases and investment proposals with sound financial analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
- Proven experience (typically 25 years) as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
