URGENT HIRING: FINANCIAL ANALYST for Finance Manufacturing

About the role:

Responsible for planning, directing and monitoring the activities related to the factory's costs systems and analysis of product costs and contribution margins - including details for prime, conversion and logistics costs. Responsibilities include governance/control, reporting, analysis and planning of factory performance, owning factory P&L and Cash. Responsible for co-piloting factory leadership on strategy, forecast, investment, value leadership and productivity decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Finance Co-pilot to the Factory Director and factory management team providing financial advice to ensure sound financial and operational decisions. Support strategy definition and implementation, developing and evaluating longer term strategies, forecasts and investment plans.
  • Manage the processes of the Factory financial shaping and financial forecasting (including Capex and its depreciation), analysis, management accounting and reporting. Own factory P&L and cash performance, identifying business issues and opportunities, and making recommendations for future actions; Co-pilot the factory leadership to drive value leadership and efficiency efforts through effective co-piloting productivity initiatives and projects (new product / cost savings / strategic initiative's costing and profitability analysis);
  • Improve, and ensure compliance with internal processes and implement necessary control procedures to ensure achievement of factory business and company objectives. Instill strong cost control and planning discipline to assist senior plant management in controlling manufacturing costs;
  • Manage and ensure the right period and year end accounting closing, reporting and accruals; product costing (BOM), product pricing (ICP). Explain the QoQ ICP movement. Ensure the standard costing process is carried out and completed;
  • Understand and establish the way of working with the finance support initiative to resolve system and accounting issue with the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in BS Accountancy/Management Accounting
  • SAP experience with knowledge on full factory P&L, at least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing accounting and factory operation.
