Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial statement preparation and analysis, tax data gathering and filing, and supporting international finance transactions. This position requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Perform detailed variance analysis and assist in financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and compile tax data for filings, including income tax, VAT, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Support and review international transactions, including intercompany settlements, transfer pricing documentation, and cross-border compliance.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and local authorities as needed.
  • Support management with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting and tax regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (required).
  • Over 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in a multinational or corporate setting.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting and tax principles.
  • Experience with international finance or multi-entity environments is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel (experience with ERP System is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional or global teams.
