Strategic People Leadership
Team Supervision: Manages a multidisciplinary team, including Junior Managers and Senior/Junior Consultants, ensuring clear goal alignment and performance excellence.
Talent Development: Leads mentorship, coaching, and recruitment initiatives. Facilitates training on management accounting, dashboards, and new delivery systems to enhance team competencies.
Lifecycle Management: Oversees the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance evaluation and off-boarding.
Client Relationship & Account Management
Engagement Oversight: Manages the end-to-end client journey, from initial onboarding to the execution of Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Stakeholder Communication: Leads high-level reporting and presentations for Client ManCom, ExeCom, and Board meetings, focusing on management analysis and strategic insights.
Business Development: Proactively identifies growth opportunities, develops engagement roadmaps, and prepares professional proposals and Bill of Activities (BOA).
Financial & Business Acumen
Portfolio Management: Manages the Annual Revenue Portfolio and monitors account profitability against set monthly targets.
Revenue Collection: Ensures timely collection of engagement fees and financial compliance based on active contracts.
Confidentiality & Compliance: Upholds organizational values by protecting sensitive data and improving internal practices and procedures.
Job Requirements
Educational & Professional Credentials
Degree: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications: Professional designations such as CPA, CMA, or an MBA are considered a significant advantage.
Experience & Technical Expertise
Tenure: At least 8 years of solid experience in Finance and Accounting.
Core Skills: Expertise in financial/investment reporting, budget management, financial analysis, and simulations.
Leadership: Proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role, leading a team of at least 58 members.
Operational Requirements
Mobility: Must be open to travel and conducting client visits as part of the role's requirements.
