Role Objective

Serve as the central financial architect within the Group Investment department. This role is crucial for establishing rigorous financial logic, controlling internal data flows from all operating platforms, and executing rapid variance analysis to ensure absolute accuracy in consolidated financial forecasting and external capital market reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Dynamic Forecasting & Modeling: Develop, maintain, and own the integrated financial model (IS/BS/CF) and core operating metrics for our digital platforms and major business units, including Hann, Okada, FBM, and the content business.

Accrual & Variance Management: Proactively manage the timing gap of delayed vendor invoices by implementing accurate, real-time accrual models, ensuring the consolidated P&L precisely reflects immediate operational costs.

Street-Level Alerting: Reconstruct underlying assumptions for all revenue and cost drivers, acting as the primary alert system for management regarding margin compression, cost spikes, or variance implications to capital market forecasts.

Business Unit Partnership: Act as the financial clearinghouse for operating units. Enforce strict data standards, chase down late financial inputs, and eliminate internal reporting bottlenecks.

Scenario Analysis: Execute rapid scenario and sensitivity analysis to support management decisions and strategic external communication.

Requirements

Experience: 3–8 years of rigorous experience in FP&A, Big 4 Transaction Advisory (TS/FDD), or Corporate Finance.

Education/Certifications: CPA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred to ensure a strong grasp of complex accrual accounting and corporate valuation.

Technical Skills: Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to build scalable, error-free models from scratch. Highly proficient in managing and extracting insights from large data sets.

Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense and an assertive communication style, with the confidence to enforce data reporting deadlines across diverse business units and present critical findings directly to senior management.

Working Style: High tolerance for managing demanding timelines. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where precision and real-time data translation are critical.
