SUMMARY
The Finance Analyst will report to the Finance and Planning Analysis (FP&A) Director. The role will support the company's financial forecasting, planning, reporting and analysis. This role works closely with executives to plan the business and allocate budget and resources to the company's strategic initiatives. This role will provide the opportunity to join a team of high performers who play key roles in helping to facilitate the company's growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business leaders to build strategic financial models for senior company leadership.
- Prepare monthly forecast and annual budget as scheduled by CEO/CFO.
- Provide analytical support for go-to-market forecasting and analysis.
- Provide assistance in monitoring and tracking company's financial performance.
- Facilitate reviews of monthly/weekly financial performance for designated site and clients.
- Fulfill ad-hoc analytical requests assigned by CFO/FPA Director as needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will not have any people management responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting
- 2-4 years of experience in financial planning and management
- CPA, CFA, CMA certifications preferred but not required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong MS Excel skills and experience with macros required.
- Detail oriented and highly analytical with focus on delivering actionable insights from large data sets
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP or Anaplan is preferred but not required
- Willingness to work on a night shift (EST/CST)
