About The Role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis, strategic insights, and data-driven recommendations across the 7Gen Group of Companies a multi-entity ecosystem comprising Media Meter Inc. (SaaS/media monitoring), M2.0 Communications (PR agency), Rythmos DB (data analytics/KPO), and 7Gen (AI products).
This is an analysis and strategy-focused role. You will turn financial data into actionable insights that support leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct P&L analysis, variance analysis, and profitability reviews per entity
- Prepare financial performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Analyze revenue trends across SaaS, PR, KPO, and AI business models
- Perform cost analysis and identify areas for efficiency improvement
Strategic Planning Support
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
- Support budgeting process with data, projections, and scenario analysis
- Prepare financial impact assessments for new initiatives and client renewals
- Build board-ready financial presentations and executive summaries
- Analyze international client contracts and renewal financial terms
Data & Reporting
- Build and maintain financial dashboards using AI and analytics tools
- Perform multi-entity financial consolidation for group reporting
- Create KPI tracking and benchmarking reports for leadership
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities using AI

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 25 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or strategic finance
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
Preferred
- CPA license (highly preferred)
- Experience with multi-entity or group consolidation
- Familiarity with AI tools for data processing, dashboards, or forecasting
- Experience in media, technology, SaaS, or professional services industries
- Strong communication skills for presenting data to non-finance teams
