Key Responsibilities
- Create and review complex financial models (proformas, waterfalls, sensitivity analyses).
- Analyze and benchmark rents, expenses, and absorption assumptions for new developments.
- Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and accuracy in all analyses.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 510 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, real estate, or related fields.
- Graduate degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or similar.
- Superior proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (complex formulas, tables, financial metrics), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both autonomously and in teams.
- Highly organized, able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task.
- Dedicated and enthusiastic about the field of real estate.
- Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to senior management.
