About the Role
Job Description:
- Perform day-to-day general accounting and financial analysis.
- Review monthly Trial Balance for both IMI and PSI and coordinate abnormal balances with relevant departments or staff.
- Prepare monthly journal vouchers (JVs) for senior personnel.
- Record and analyze all accrued expenses of the company.
- Conduct general ledger and intercompany account reconciliations.
- Prepare year-end Audited Financial Statements, General Form for Financial Statements (GFFS) for SEC, and Form 1709 for BIR.
- Assist in budget preparation for various departments.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy; CPA designation is preferred
- At least three years of relevant experience in a supervisory capacity
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial planning
- Solid knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping
- Proficient in SAP (particularly the Finance Module) and Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in financial modeling software and techniques for forecasting and budgeting
- Skilled in financial data analysis, trend identification, and informed decision-making
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, verbal, and written communication skills
