Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Analyst, based in Mandaluyong. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing in-depth financial analysis, preparing financial statements, analyzing data to guide decision-making, and generating financial reports. The role involves collaborating across teams to support and improve financial performance, conducting research, and providing key insights to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Advanced knowledge of relevant financial software and tools
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA is required
• Experience in real estate or community development industry is an advantage
