Support the Finance team on the regular Rhythms of the Business (ROB) by creating tools to simplify and streamline the processes
Enable better reporting and reconciliation across different financial metrics by employing advanced excel and other technical skills (i.e. PowerPivot, PowerBI, etc.) to drive business decisions
Support in building complex financial models with integrated validations and robust risk management mindset
Be able to lead a process design end-to-end to deploy via tools / reports across multiple stakeholders
Requirements:
At least 6-10 years of active experience in similar finance role (Financial Analyst / Management reporting etc); (Senior candidates with 8-10 years relevant experience are preferred)
Strong analytical and modeling skills
Advanced Excel, Power Pivot and Power BI skills
Compliance and risk management experience
Experience in Multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles is recommended.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment independently.
Flexibility to work quarterly and bi-annual peak period.
Advanced Excel, Powerpivot and Power BI skills is a must-have
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Priority for candidates with Tech / Services exposure, but open to other industries as well
