Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages, including financial performance summaries, KPIs, and variance analysis.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investments, and initiatives.
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and analytical tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to assess risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Accounting during monthly and quarterly close to ensure accuracy in reporting and reconciliations.
- Support executive presentations with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis, strategic projects, and performance tracking across departments.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to increase visibility into financial and operational performance.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial planning tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and present to senior leaders.
- Optional CPA, CFA, or enrollment in related certification programs.
- Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
- Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes.
Required Education And Experience
- A degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 35 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial role.
