Job Description
As a Financial Analyst, you will transform CRM and financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations. You will focus on Salesforce reporting, KPI analytics, executive dashboards, and business reviews to help leadership understand performance, risks, and opportunities.

The Qualifications We Seek
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experienceinfinancial analysis, data analysis, Salesforce reporting, sales operations analytics, or business analytics, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Proven experience working with CRM-driven analytics and KPI reporting (reports, dashboards, data structures)
- High aptitude for learning and building new functions within an organization, comfortable working in ambiguity to create success
- US business experience in a similar industry with a proven track record of building new solutions and building the right reporting and infrastructure tied to sales analytics

Your Daily Tasks
Salesforce Reporting & KPI Analytics (Core Focus):
- Build, update, and maintain Salesforce-based reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate, real-time visibility into business performance
- Design, track, and analyze key business KPIs including pipeline health, conversion rates, ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, and sales productivity metrics
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready presentations
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Leadership to define, standardize, and continuously refine KPI frameworks
- Build scalable reporting structures that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze large datasets from Salesforce, ERP, and other systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Deliver insightful narratives and recommendations based on data analysis, not just reporting outputs
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on revenue performance, pipeline movement, and sales efficiency
- Proactively identify data inconsistencies and recommend solutions to improve reporting accuracy
Dashboard & Presentation:
- Develop executive-level dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with clear storytelling and visuals
- Simplify complex financial and operational data into digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Support leadership meetings with high-quality reporting packs and data visualization
System & Data Management:
- Extract, validate, and reconcile data across Salesforce CRM and ERP systems
- Ensure alignment between CRM data, billing systems, and financial reporting outputs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data integrity, governance, and reporting automation
- Support enhancements in Salesforce reporting capabilities and data architecture
