Job Description: As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key player working directly with the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to drive Eden Senior Care's growth through strategic financial analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze monthly financials, generate and analyze rent rolls, prepare lender reporting and assess potential acquisitions. This is a broad role with a lot of exposure to different elements of financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.

Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Develop financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

2. Financing and Lender Relations:

Prepare financial models and business cases to support financing requests.

Work through lender checklists to provide necessary information.

Assess refinancing potential of current investments.

3. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence, including analysis of historical financial performance, market dynamics, and potential risks.

Collaborate with legal and operational teams to complete M&A transactions.

Assist in pre and post acquisition integration efforts to optimize operational and financial performance.

Required Skills:

1. Good spoken and written English

2. Critical thinking and problem solving skills / ability to work independently and find solutions.

3. Detail oriented.

4. Solid fundamental accounting knowledge: Debits/Credits, Financial Statements and relationships between them, etc.

5. Proficient with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel

6. Responsive and responsible

7. Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time

8. Ability to work with data and perform basic analysis

Experience:

1. Previous financial analysis experience required

2. Previous experience working evening/night shifts preferred but not required

3. Previous experience with Quickbooks, Point Click Care, or other major accounting software systems preferred but not required

4. Previous experience with Paychex or other major payroll systems preferred but not required
