We are looking for a Financial Reporting Executive to support our accounting and finance functions, as we continue to expand our property portfolio. You are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for accuracy and a strong sense of ownership in your work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Produce monthly comprehensive property management reports for various properties
• Maintain accurate records of all reports and relevant supporting attachments
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of owner revenue share and PM fees
• Track all reimbursable expenses and issue corresponding invoices to property owners
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing processes and work closely with finance team
• Prepare and conduct review of revenue reconciliation:
• Prepare monthly revenue reconciliation from different sales/booking channels - Direct Sales, OTA, B2B etc.
• Communicate with other departments to settle concerns and disputes
• Gather correct and complete data to prepare relevant reports needed.
• Ensure and maintain confidentiality of our financial data.
• Assist with group accounting, reporting, and budgeting tasks
• Participate in system implementation and workflow process design
• Support the finance team and asset management team with various ad hoc tasks

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience doing Financial Reporting
• 3-5 years of experience in Bank, Asset, Revenue reconciliation
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in general accounting
• Solid AR and AP background
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proactive, with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn new processes
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Reliable, with excellent work ethics

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of Xero
• Hospitality Background
