Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Quezon City. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, analyze current financial situations, and recommend suitable products and strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial plans, presenting investment and retirement options, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves staying informed about market trends, compliance requirements, and company offerings, as well as participating in sales activities, seminars, and internal training sessions. The Financial Advisor will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to provide consistent, high-quality client service and support business growth.
Qualifications

• Strong Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills, with the ability to develop tailored strategies based on individual client objectives.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Investments, including risk management, portfolio allocation, and product features.
• Knowledge of Retirement Planning principles, including long-term savings, pension options, and income distribution strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Quezon City and engage with clients face-to-face on a regular basis.
• Relevant academic background in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications or willingness to pursue licensing and accreditation as required by local regulations.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory and ethical standards.
