Role Description The Financial Sales Advisor role at Manulife Philippines is a part-time position based in Quezon City with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client meetings and office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the advisor engages prospective and existing clients, conducts needs analysis, and recommends suitable financial solutions, including insurance, investment, and retirement products. The advisor is responsible for presenting financial plans, explaining product features and benefits, and supporting clients in making informed financial decisions. Daily activities include building and maintaining a client portfolio, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also involves attending training sessions, staying updated on market trends and Manulife offerings, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess client needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to explain products, market concepts, and risk-return considerations.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Retirement Planning to design long-term strategies aligned with clients retirement goals.
