We are looking for motivated and purpose-driven individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors. As an FA, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve financial security and success through proper financial planning, investment strategies, and protection solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Assess clients financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance
- Recommend suitable insurance and investment products
- Create personalized financial plans for clients
- Educate clients on financial literacy and wealth management
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to clients financial plans
- Stay updated with financial products, market trends, and industry regulations
- Attend training sessions, team meetings, and events
- Bachelors degree in any field (preferred but not required)
- Sales experience or financial background is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Strong ethical standards and client-focused mindset
- Must be willing to undergo training and licensing process
