No experience is required; willingness to learn and coachability are key requirements for this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized financial advice to clients based on their individual needs and financial goals.
- Analyze clients financial situations and develop tailored strategies to help them achieve their financial objectives.
- Educate clients on various financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
- Monitor clients financial portfolios and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, market trends, and industry developments to provide informed advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field; undergraduates are welcome as long as they have previous corporate experience in any industry.
- Average to above-average analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Average to above-average communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
