Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in Cebu. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation, and recommend suitable insurance, savings, and investment products. Responsibilities include creating personalized financial and retirement plans, monitoring client portfolios, and providing ongoing advice and policy reviews. The role also involves prospecting new clients, conducting financial education sessions, and collaborating with the broader InLife team to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess client needs and develop comprehensive financial strategies.
• Knowledge of Finance and Investments to recommend appropriate products and manage client portfolios effectively.
• Experience or training in Retirement Planning to help clients prepare for long-term financial security.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to work on-site in Cebu, manage multiple clients, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• High ethical standards, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to undergo continuous training and professional development.
