Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor based in Cebu, with a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Financial Advisor will engage with clients to understand their financial goals and risk tolerance, and develop tailored financial plans covering protection, savings, retirement, and investment needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, analyzing financial information, recommending suitable AIA products and solutions, and supporting clients through policy applications and ongoing reviews. The role involves monitoring market developments and regulatory changes, preparing clear proposals and reports, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with company and industry standards. The Financial Advisor will collaborate with internal teams and participate in training and development programs to continually enhance professional knowledge and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess clients needs and create comprehensive, goal-based financial strategies.
- Knowledge of Finance and Investments to explain products clearly, evaluate options, and guide clients in building diversified portfolios.
- Expertise in Retirement Planning to design long-term savings and income solutions aligned with clients retirement objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, accessible way.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards, with attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., financial planning or investment credentials) are an advantage.
- Comfort with hybrid working arrangements, proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems, and willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
