Role Description
This is a High-Performance Leadership Track for professionals who want to transition from corporate roles into Business Ownership. As a Financial Consultant and Business Partner at Alpine Summit, you will not just perform sales; you will build and manage a sophisticated wealth management practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Advisory: Providing high-level advice on asset protection, liquidity, and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals.
Business Development: Using your existing professional network to build a distribution channel for financial literacy and wealth preservation.
Leadership Track: For qualified candidates, this role includes a pathway to be promoted to Unit Manager by October 2026, where you will recruit, train, and earn overrides on your own team of consultants.

Qualifications
Professional Background: We prioritize candidates with a background in Banking, CPA/Accounting, HR Management, or Law.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field. High honors (Cum Laude/Magna Cum Laude) or professional licenses (CPA, MBA, JD) are highly desirable.
Mindset: You are a Business Builder who prefers a performance-based environment over a fixed-salary ceiling.
Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
Grit: A proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and a commitment to professional excellence.
