Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Financial Accounting & Close, Accounting including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and period-end close
Ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting
Ensure compliance with internal control standards
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits
Partner with global and regional finance stakeholders
Manage SLAs, KPIs, and issue escalation
Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
Oversee transitions of new processes into the organization
