Financial Accountant

Position Overview:

The purpose of the Financial Accountant role is to support the organization and its subsidiaries with methodical & robust accounting practices, to deliver timely financial reporting, meet all statutory and compliance obligations, as well as enabling sound governance of the Balance sheet (consolidated and by individual entity).

Whilst the role will command a high degree of technical knowledge, the Financial Accountant will need to work closely with operational and FP&A stakeholders; being able to simplify accounting language and requirements will be integral to role performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous (3 - 5+ years) experience in Financial Accounting roles.
• Experience with multi-entity organizations desirable, but not essential.
• Solid reconciliation, bookkeeping, & accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, and other MS tools.
• Exposure with NetSuite is a must.
• Australian/UK/US experience preferred.
• Amenable to work in an early morning schedule.
• Remote set-up.
