What You'll Do

  • Drive financial reporting excellence by preparing and maintaining accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Keep performance on track by monitoring budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and providing actionable insights.
  • Lead payroll operationsincluding adviser remuneration, superannuation, and statutory obligationswith precision and compliance.
  • Take ownership of cash flow management across multiple entities, ensuring healthy liquidity through weekly group-level cash balances and forecasts.
  • Safeguard financial stability by monitoring bank balances, forecasting short-term cash needs, and guaranteeing funds for payroll and operations.
  • Be the go-to expert for audits, managing timelines, preparing workpapers, and liaising with external auditors to ensure smooth annual audits.
  • Champion compliance with ASIC, ATO, superannuation, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Empower decision-making by delivering clear, accurate financial analysis and insights to management.

Key Criteria


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Proven expertise in financial accounting, payroll, and regulatory compliance
  • CPA or CA designation highly regarded
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems (MYOB and Commpay experience is a plus)
  • Confident in managing audits and building strong relationships with external stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail paired with a proactive, problem-solving approach

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): 7:00am4:00pm PHT, fully on-site requirement
