Hiring: Finance Technical Solutions Assistant / IT Service Desk Analyst

Panoptik Global is seeking a Finance Technical Solutions Assistant to support the FinCoorP ticketing system and financial reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support the FinCoorP helpdesk and ticketing system
Monitor, clean up, and analyze tickets for accurate reporting
Create and maintain reports and PowerBI dashboards
Update system documentation and conduct user support and training
Assist with system testing, automation, and process improvements
Qualifications:
Degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems and reporting tools
PowerBI, Oracle, SharePoint, or Microsoft Power Platform experience is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency
Fluent in English
