Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for finance systems-related inquiries and support
- Lead the assessment, planning, and implementation of S/4HANA migration, including process redesign and integration of connected systems
- Provide expert advice on system functionalities and digital transformation initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between Finance and Technology teams to accurately translate business needs into system solutions
- Define, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and system integrations
- Conduct audit checks to ensure system compliance, data accuracy, and integrity
- Lead process flow documentation and mapping to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvements
- Support process improvements and automation opportunities within finance systems
- Assist in training and preparing documentation for finance system users to facilitate smooth adoption
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and IT
- 2-4 years of experience in Finance quality assurance or audit checks.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in S/4HANA is a plus

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
