Finance Supervisor

Role Description The Finance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasay. This role supervises accounting processes including accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance to ensure timely and accurate financial records. The role also coordinates internal and external audits, ensures compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and implements controls to safeguard assets. The Finance Supervisor collaborates closely with operations and management teams, provides analytical insights on financial results, and helps drive process improvements across the finance function.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of accounting or finance experience, with a focus on Accounts Receivable is a plus.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or multi-property setup is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
• Certified Public Accountant is not required but an advantage.
