Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to lead critical functions across accounting, tax, and treasury. This role is ideal for a CPA-certified professional with a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial data, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Close & Reporting
    • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes.
    • Review and prepare internal and external financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, including reconciliations and accruals for both income statement and balance sheet.
  • Audit & Compliance
    • Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to auditor requests.
    • Oversee all tax filings, audits, and regulatory correspondence, ensuring full compliance with local and international tax laws.
  • Group & Regional Reporting
    • Manage Magnitude/consolidation reporting submissions to the group.
    • Oversee the preparation of regional financial reporting packs, including insightful commentary and variance analysis.
  • Treasury Management
    • Supervise treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Finance Supervisor B to align on cross-functional reviews, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Qualifications

  • CPA license is required.
  • Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and tax compliance.
  • Strong understanding of financial close processes and internal controls.
  • Experience with group reporting systems such as Magnitude is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
