This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for a Finance Specialist. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial records, preparing financial statements, and overseeing daily accounting operations. The role involves assessing financial performance, budgeting, conducting cost analysis, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations. Strong professional communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are essential for this position.

• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting, including a strong understanding of financial principles and practices
• Ability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements accurately and efficiently
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights
• Strong Communication skills for clear and professional interactions with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency with financial software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Prior experience in a financial or accounting role is preferred
