We are seeking a Finance professional with strong analytical and technical skills to support project-based financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in Finance, with proven expertise in project accounting and advanced Excel proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting and analysis for project-based operations, treating each project as a standalone financial entity.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance.
- Build and maintain complex Excel models to support decision-making and reporting.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the Finance function.
Qualifications:
- 38 years of Finance experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in project finance environments.
- Prior experience in the CRO industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of Excel, including advanced formulas and financial modeling.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and project-based financial management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
