We're looking for a Finance Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid grasp of accounting principles, and the ability to provide data-driven insights that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and interpret financial reports, offering strategic recommendations to management.
- Maintain the organization's financial health through cost, pricing, and performance analysis.
- Develop financial projections and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Manage budgeting processes and ensure accurate financial planning across departments.
- Handle billing, collections, and proper issuance of official receipts.
- Process BIR documents and ensure full compliance with government requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA/CFA is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in FINANCE.
- Strong understanding of financial statistics, accounting principles, and Philippine regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience working with organizations with high sales volumes preferred.

Salary: 30,000/month with benefits
