ACMobility is seeking a Finance Specialist to play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, timely collections, and regulatory compliance. This position manages accounts receivable, cash flow, permits renewal, and risk management to support smooth business operations and profitability.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
- Receivables & Credit Control: Monitor dealer credit lines, ensure timely collections, reconcile advances, and maintain updated AR files.
- Cash Flow Management: Optimize working capital, monitor daily collections and disbursements, and ensure accurate cash reporting.
- Risk Management: Maintain insurance coverage, renew permits, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations, resolve variances, and ensure accurate cash balances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 25 years of relevant experience; CPA/CFA certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, analysis, and internal controls.
- Proficient in MS Office and data analytics tools (PowerBI, PowerQuery).
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
