Role: Finance/Project Admin with Payroll Support

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Any CS Site - Angeles, Mabalacat (Pampanga), Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod

Schedule: Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Creation of Timesheets for Supervisor Completion
  • Daily Track Processing of labour, equipment, and material
  • Maintaining personnel skills and schedule within the Track system
  • Maintaining Equipment Activity for equipment allocation
  • Ensuring all over-rides are processed in a timely manner
  • Working within a shared inbox, actioning queries, and filing once tasks complete
  • Processing of timesheets into ERP system for a weekly payroll
  • Reconciling Track with ERP system
  • Maintain project files with electronic documents timesheets, equipment registers, approvals etc
  • Liasing with Supervisors and Project Managers to ensure all costs are captured and approvals processed in a timely manner
  • Liasing with External stakeholders
  • Creation of client invoices
  • Setup of Projects
  • Maintain Closure of Project in ERP system
  • General Admin Tasks as required

Qualification And Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with Finance / Project Admin (2 years minimum)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confidence in liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • High level attention to detail, analytical skills and organisational skills
  • Ability to work with private and confidential material
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to self-manage
  • Advance level Microsoft Office programs
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
  • Knowledge of IFS or Pronto ERP system desirable
  • Knowledge of Track desirable
