Summary of Role
Your mission is to transform our Manila hub from a reactive office into a high-performance Shared Service Center. You will eliminate backlogs, establish daily accountability, and act as a transparent bridge between our regional offices and Singapore leadership.
Your Impact & What You'll Do
- Drive Performance: Enforce strict 24-hour billing turnarounds and a WD+2 reconciliation cycle through daily reporting.
- Build the Playbook: Own the documentation of all SOPs to ensure tasks for Singapore, India, and Kenya are repeatable and standardized.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Personally review intercompany matching and bank reconciliations before they reach the regional headquarters.
- Connect the Regions: Serve as the main point of contact for the India and Kenya teams to ensure their accounting needs are met.
- Lead Change: Pivot the team culture from silent and reactive to proactive and transparent.
