Job Description

Own end-to-end reconciliation across bank, payment gateway, and internal systems, including new reconciliation processes for the business's growing scope (e.g., buyer payment to merchant/partner withdrawal, refunds handling).
Coordinate withholding tax (WHT) and e-Tax matters with Regional/local Finance, ensuring accurate application and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Support money collection processes, coordinating with Business Development and Regional Finance on outstanding items.
Raise and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies and approval workflows.
Perform wallet balance adjustments for merchants and delivery partners, validating balances against source transaction data.
Prepare recurring administrative reports and management trackers to support business monitoring and decision-making.
Support month-end and period-end closing activities through data validation and reconciliation.
Investigate payment, billing, and reconciliation issues, providing timely resolution and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of finance operations.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong grounding in accounting principles.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Accounting, Reconciliation, or Shared Services.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with hands-on experience in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven processes with a high degree of accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort handling large transactional datasets.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ERP, procurement, or payment systems is a plus.
