Job Description

Job Summary

The Operations Finance Officer supports the financial operations of the business by ensuring accurate financial reporting, monitoring operational expenses, and providing analysis to support decision-making. The role works closely with operations teams to maintain financial control, improve processes, and support overall business performance within the retail environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze operational expenses, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and operational analysis.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure proper financial controls and compliance.
  • Assist in process improvements, documentation, and audit requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations finance.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
