Drive Operational & Financial Strategies: Lead efforts to enhance operational and financial efficiency across all entities by developing and executing group-wide strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with high-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives, board members, and business leaders, to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
Data Analytics: Utilize strong data analytics to measure performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Transformation Leadership: Spearhead transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence and long-term financial sustainability.
Pricing & Profitability: Analyze and develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
Performance Measurement Tools: Design and implement measurement tools to ensure accurate tracking of operational and financial performance.
Contract Review & Risk Management: Review contracts to assess financial risks and ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place across the group.
Investment Oversight: Evaluate and monitor investment decisions to maximize returns and align with the group's long-term financial goals.
Ensure Consistency: Oversee financial practices and reporting to ensure they are consistent across all subsidiaries and business groups.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).
At least 7 years of experience in operations finance at a group or corporate level, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.
Audit background, with experience in internal controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Expertise in data analytics, financial modeling, and transformation projects.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Experience in contract review, risk management and pricing strategies
The capacity to implement consistent financial practices across diverse subsidiaries and business groups
