Job Description

We Are Hiring: Finance Officer Monark Foundation Inc.

Location: Quezon City

Key Responsibilities

  • Encode daily transactions in QuickBooks.
  • Handle financial requirements on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including:
  • Processing and preparing billing
  • Preparing checks for payment
  • Coordinating collections
  • Reviewing documents (collection reports, check requests, payroll, petty cash replenishment, etc.)
  • Prepare quarterly budget vs. actual reports and annual financial reports.
  • Submit and renew all government-mandated requirements.
  • Supervise and monitor activities of personnel under the Finance Unit.
  • Evaluate performance of personnel and provide coaching as necessary.
  • Check and validate reports of personnel before submission.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy (major in Accountancy).
  • With 12 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and financial processes.
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
