Provides support in overseeing accounting and financial reporting activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness across business operations.
Performs key financial analyses and performance monitoring across various indicators, including but not limited to sales pricing, volumes, rebates, product mix, and other elements influencing revenue, cost efficiency, and margin optimization. Tracks and analyzes logistics and distribution expenses, including transportation efficiency and utilization metrics.
Collaborates with the Accounting, Reporting, and Internal Controls teams by providing relevant inputs for internal reporting requirements, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data.
Assists in the preparation of the mid-term plan, annual budget, performance review materials, and rolling forecasts, aligning outputs with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and business objectives.
Supports the development and evaluation of capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals, ensuring compliance with internal approval processes, documentation standards, project progress tracking, and asset capitalization procedures.
Prepares management reports and analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Assists in managing special projects and conducting ad hoc financial analyses as required.
Drives process improvement initiatives by leveraging digital tools and modern analytical technologies, while proactively challenging existing workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including revenue and cost management, budgeting, and management reporting
Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems
