Finance Manager

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will manage the organization's finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and effective support to business leaders. The role will provide financial insights to management while driving process improvements, stronger controls, and operational efficiency across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including statutory and management reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, funding requirements, and financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to support business and strategic decisions.
• Oversee tax-related activities, financial controls, and regulatory compliance while identifying and managing financial and business risks.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of finance and accounting policies, processes, controls, and reporting practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage and develop the finance and accounting team while partnering with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• CPA certification is an advantage.
• At least 12-15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, controllership, operational finance, or commercial finance.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, financial analysis, and financial planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
