What we're looking for:

• A graduate of BS Accountancy;
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA);
• With at least 3 years in managerial capacity;
• With a strong background in general accounting, budget management, financial planning and audit.

What you'll do:

The Finance Manager will oversee the organization's accounting and finance team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the budgeting and forecasting cycles, leading financial planning initiatives, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. You will also conduct scenario analyses, cost-benefit assessments, and audit reviews to support compliance, strengthen internal controls, and guide strategic decision-making.

The Finance Manager will work closely with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights that influence business direction and performance. This role may also include supervising one direct report, providing coaching, and oversight to ensure high-quality financial operations.
