Role Description:
The Finance Manager is responsible for the overall management of QPAX's finance function, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, treasury and cash management, budgeting and forecasting, revenue assurance, taxation, financial controls, project financial analysis, and management reporting.
The Finance Manager shall ensure that management has accurate, timely, and decision-useful financial information and that the Company maintains sufficient liquidity, appropriate financial controls, reliable accounting records, and compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
The position shall play an active role in the financial development and monitoring of QPAX's PPP, NCAP, traffic enforcement, technology, and government projects, working closely with Business Development, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams in evaluating project economics, investment requirements, revenue-sharing arrangements, financial risks, and commercial viability.
The Finance Manager is expected to be a hands-on financial leader who can manage day-to-day finance operations while providing financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred.
· Preferably 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
· Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, cash flow management, accounting, and financial analysis.
· Strong understanding of Philippine accounting, taxation, and financial compliance requirements.
· Experience in project-based businesses, infrastructure, technology, government contracting, or PPP projects is an advantage.
· Experience in financial modeling, project finance, investment analysis, or fundraising is strongly preferred.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
· Experience with ERP/accounting systems, payment systems, and management reporting tools is an advantage.
· Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
