Finance Manager - Treasury

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Cebu (On-site)

Job Purpose:

-Responsible for the overall management of the organization's treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, fund disbursement, collections coordination, bank reconciliations and financial risk management. The position ensures the adequate liquidity is maintained to support daily operations while optimizing the organization's cash resources and minimizing financial risks.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administrations, Economics or related field

-Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/treasury experience with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role

-Strong experience in cash management, cash flow forecasting, banking experience, payment processing and financial controls

-Experience managing multiple bank accounts, banking relationships and electronic banking platforms

-Strong understanding of working capital and liquidity of management

-Experience in a multi-site or multi-company environment is an advantage

-Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation and problem solving skills
