About the Role

• Analyse financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of Group revenue to ensure accurate reporting and meaningful evaluation.
• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process to support business objectives.
• Reviewing the monthly financial reporting pack and provide commentary/insight on financial results to enable informed decision-making and operation alignment .
• Manage and develop financial team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, CPA, CIA but not required
• Min 8 years accounting experience and at least 3 years Managerial experience.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
• Must be meticulous, organised and possesses a flair for numbers
• Analytical mind and effective problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing a team of financial analysts
• Ability to multi task and work with tight deadlines
• Must be open to work in a hybrid work setup or report to office based in Makati City.
