Finance Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Laguna. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with organizational financial policies and regulations. They will manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and support decision-making processes by providing strategic financial insights. Additionally, the Finance Manager will lead and supervise the accounting team while collaborating with various departments to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• must be a CPA
• At least 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Proficiency in financial planning, budget management, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards
• Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide strategic financial recommendations
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the education sector or similar mission-driven organizations is preferred
