We are now expanding our operations in the Philippines and looking for a Finance Manager to lead our local finance team and support our business growth in the market.
About the Role
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions of Nabati Food Philippines. This includes financial planning, reporting, taxation, budgeting, and compliance. The role will serve as a key business partner to management, ensuring sound financial governance and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis and business insights.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine taxation, statutory, and audit requirements.
- Partner with commercial and operations teams to support pricing, cost analysis, and profitability improvement.
- Develop and mentor the finance team, ensuring strong internal controls and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role within FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational environments.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards, taxation, and statutory reporting.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
