Finance Manager

My client is seeking a Finance Manager responsible for overseeing the financial health and performance of the business through effective planning, analysis, and reporting. This role combines core finance management functions with financial planning and analysis, ensuring that management has accurate, timely, and insightful information for decision-making.

Responsibility

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Binãn, Laguna. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounting functions, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial data to support decision-making, and collaborating with other departments to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. A master's degree, such as an MBA or a master's in finance, is preferred.
2. Minimum of 10+ years of progressive finance with at least 2+ years FP&A experience, with the last 3 years in a management role in the manufacturing environment is a must.
3. Professional certification, such as CPA or CMA.
4. Strong knowledge of the accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and financial/ taxation regulations.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Leadership and team management abilities with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and advanced skills in MS Excel.
8. Experience with ERP systems and the ability to quickly adapt to various ERP platforms.
