The Finance Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and control of the hospital's finance operations, including accounting, billing, credit and collections, treasury, and financial reporting.
Key job results include:
- Achievement of revenue targets through efficient billing, collection, and receivable management
- Reduction of expenses as a percentage of revenue through cost control and financial discipline
- Accurate, timely, and compliant financial reports and analysis for management and board decision-making
Full support and implementation of financial systems (Project NOAH) and process improvements.
Educational Qualification:
· B.S.B.A. major in Accounting, Must be a CPA
Experience:
· At least 5 years of related experience in Accounting, Credit and Collections in a hospital or healthcare Industries is an advantage.
