Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of the company by managing accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial planning. You will lead the finance team, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage financial strategies, policies, and procedures.

Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for management decision-making.

Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Ensure compliance with local taxation, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.

Provide financial guidance to support operational and strategic planning.

Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with management experience.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and accounting/ERP systems.

Honest, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment in Quezon City.
